The first phase of sea cage aquaculture project was formally opened in Bushehr on july 18, 2017.

The first phase of sea cage aquaculture project, constructed in Delvari Dam, was formally opened by Executive Director of Branches in Bushehr Province, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and head of Fisheries Organization, and some other officials on July 18, 2017.

The Bushehr Sea Cage aquaculture Project, leading to creation of about 200 job opportunities, has been financed by Bank Keshavarzi. The project will be implemented in three phases including farming, processing and packaging.
