The program has been developed to cover collateral deficit by removing property collateral from requirements of granting credit facilities less than RIS.50 million. The establishment of Investment Guarantee Fund has been one of the actions taken to facilitate the access of low-income clients to credit services and replacing collateral with a guarantor for the credits up to RIS.50 million.
