The Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM) awarded Bank Keshavarzi the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Customer Delight Award 2013 during a formal ceremony on the 7th November 2013 at Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel in Dubai, UAE.
The MENA Customer Delight Award recognizes and celebrates best practice in Customer Service amongst the Middle Eastern & North African Companies & Organizations. It aims to encourage leadership & staff to be innovative and to lead in serving communities.
The award also promotes the image of customer service through the wider community. It aims to encourage Companies and Organizations to be service focused, to be innovative, to develop skills and to be recognized in supporting their organization and community of interest.
Customer Delight & Satisfaction considers the integration of service strategy, execution and culture of an organization to deliver unrivalled service experience and achieve utmost customer satisfaction. What USP (Unique Selling Proposition) the Organization can deliver and what feedback it has received from its customers as a result of offering a service is the main concern for the panel of judges.
Other Criteria such as Business Profitability, Customer Loyalty Programs, Other business Achievements (Both Nationally & Internationally), Number of Employees, Turnover, and Number of years in Business, are also considered by the panel.
Charles Morgan, the Managing Director of Morgan Motor Company; Kriss Akabusi, the three time Olympic medallist; Dr. Markus Merk, dentist, a development aid worker, football commentator and one of world football's best referees; Steve Backley, world seven time gold medalist; and Kell Ryon, the founder of World Inexpensive Airline have been among the well-known speakers of the event.
