The 66th APRACA Executive Committee Meeting ill be held on October 7-10, 2015 hosted by Bank Keshavarzi in Babolsar Training and recreational Center, I.R. Iran to review and decide on issues such as the report of APRACA Activities and Financial Operations, APRACA services improvement, and the reform plan.
International Forum on the Formulation of Women Financial Empowerment and Development Framework towards Sustainable Development in Asia-Pacific will also be held as an interfacing forum with the 66th Excom Meeting.
The Asia Pacific Rural and Agricultural Credit Association (APRACA) consist of 70 members from 23 Asian and Pacific countries. The association is aimed at fostering cooperation in improving and planning the financial arrangements for rural and agricultural development in the Region; establishing a machinery for systematic interchange of information on rural and agricultural financial services, organizing and coordinating training programs on rural finance and agricultural credit, and providing services related to consultancy, research and publications in the field of rural finance and agricultural credit, to name a few.
Bank Keshavarzi, hosting four APRACA events so far, is the only APRACA member from Iran. The count-down software of the Event started running yesterday.
